For those who have barely met me, this is for you. I am a very apathetic person. I can feel and I do have emotions, but I don't know how to feel or to answer when someone is being emotional with me. It does make me feel awkward but also it doesn't make me feel bad. I do care about people from time to time, but that doesn't mean I would know how to comfort or anything like that. I just don't know how and don't necessarily care. If you do have a problem with how I lack empathy then it's best we don't interact at all and please don't take this personal, but I genuinely do not care about your problems. I have my own and you telling me won't change anything nor make me pity/sympathize for you. If anything, that would make me annoyed and possibly shut you out.
